There are very few days in the Tahoe summertime that we get any kind of precipitation, and when we do it feels great to have a change. Yes, the pure mountain sunshine and the daily 88*F can get a bit old.
On my way out to the location, it wasn’t looking very promising as the sky was as dark as could be. I was hoping for some kind of break, and sure enough a strip cleared on the horizon just in time for the sunset.
